Do participants have to understand finance to participate in Income|Outcome?
Clients may not understand finance at the beginning of the session but they certainly will by the end.
How many people do we need to run a session of Income|Outcome?
We find sessions are most effective with between 12 and 30 participants. They do not all need to be from the same company. Some of our clients invite their key suppliers and customers to participate in the Income|Outcome training with their own teams.
What is the advantage of the two day program?
Previous clients have found the learning is comprehensive and multi-layered and requires time for reflection and importantly application. This learning is more effective if more time is available. We have also found that the overnight break gives participants an opportunity to consolidate their learnings leading to significantly improved performance on the subsequent day.
