History

Eliza and Robin Helweg-Larsen created Andromeda Simulations International in 1993, and in 1996 developed the family of Income|Outcome® simulations. Income|Outcome is now used around the world by companies like Michelin, Beam, BIC and Abbott Labs.

Parent group

Income|Outcome® team members have taught executive-level seminars on six continents and have helped tens of thousands of employees at all levels to build business acumen. The team provides business acumen workshops to Fortune 500 organizations and top tier business schools.  We also teach and license our clients to run their own workshops in-house. Some clients use both options, running lower level workshops themselves, and bringing us in to run workshops for executives and senior managers.

Partnerships

We partner with the best business simulation companies worldwide. Income|Outcome® programs and training can be delivered through our accredited facilitators, in any of twelve languages and multiple countries in all continents.

Income | Outcome Australia is part of a global team, providing financial and business training simulation games all over the world for companies such as Michelin, HP and Nike, Sony, Westpac, Microsoft, IBM and SPC Ardmona.
